Stephen Warner, aged 36, of Alexandra Road, Waterloo has been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine, heroin and cannabis and conspiracy to commit arson following an extradition from Spain on Wednesday 4 October.
Warner appeared at Liverpool Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday 5 October) and was remanded into custody.
