We have charged a man with drug and firearms offences as part of an ongoing Encrochat investigation.
David Dunn, 21, of Longview Drive, Huyton was arrested yesterday, Thursday 11 April, after being returned to the UK by Spanish authorities.
Dunn has been charged with the following offences:
Conspiring to supply cocaine
Conspiring to supply heroin
Conspiring to supply Class B drugs - other
Possessing a prohibited weapon – AK variant assault rifle
Conspiring to sell/transfer prohibited weapon/ammunition
Dunn will appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today, Friday 12 April.
