We have arrested a 33-year-old man on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs.
Officers attended at a house in Great Crosby yesterday, Thursday 29 August, for an unrelated matter and noticed a strong smell of cannabis.
Following a search of the property quantities of cannabis, suspected cocaine and a large quantity of cash was located.
The man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (cocaine) and Class B drugs (cannabis).
He is currently in custody where he is being questioned by officers.
