We have charged three more people following violent disorder in Liverpool and Southport.
Mark Blanchard, 37 of Saints Close, Old Swan and Carlos Sharp McStravock, 33, of Middle Way, Croxteth, were both charged with violent disorder (Southport).
They were both remanded into custody to appear at Liverpool magistrates court today, Tuesday 20 August.
A third man, Max Higson, 22 of no fixed abode, was also charged with violent disorder on Sunday (18 August) and appeared in court yesterday (Monday).
That brings the total number of people charged to 48.
