We are appealing for help to find Shaun Walker, 41 years, who is wanted on a no bail warrant in connection with drugs dealing.
Walker is described as 6ft tall, with a medium build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
He has links with Speke, Plymouth and Torquay areas.
