Detectives in Liverpool are issuing an image of a man who may have information in connection with an assault in Liverpool City Centre last month.
At around 12.20am on Monday 17 June, two men were assaulted by a man outside of Scruffy Murphy’s Bar on Rainford Gardens, near to Mathew Street.
One of the victims sustained a broken jaw which required surgery and the second victim sustained facial injuries.
Detective Constable Suzanne Mulholland said: “This was an unprovoked assault which left two men injured, and we are determined to find the person responsible.
"We continue to work closely with licenced premises and partners to ensure that Liverpool City Centre remains a safe and welcoming place to visit, and identifying violent offenders is a vital part of this.
“Although not the clearest image, please come forward if you recognise the man pictured, as we think he may be able to assist our enquiries.”
