Detectives have issued a CCTV images of three men who could have information that may assist with their enquiries following a reported robbery in St Johns Gardens.
At around 4.30am on Sunday 21 July it was reported that man had been robbed of his belongings, including money, bank cards, mobile phone and driving licence.
The victim was reported to have been struck with an object and left with a red mark to his forehead.
Extensive CCTV and witness enquiries have been conducted, and detectives have issued CCTV images of three men they believe could assist in their investigation.
Detective Inspector Chris Carlin said: “This was a very distressing experience for the victim who was left in a state of shock and thankfully they were not seriously injured.
“I am appealing for the three men featured in these images, or anyone who recognises them to come forward. We believe they could hold information that could be vital to our continuing enquiries.
“We also encourage people to come forward if you know anything about the incident which will help with our investigation.”
