A man from Dovecot was arrested on suspicion of breaching the terms of his gang injunction last year.
Yesterday, Sunday 21 July, officers arrested 34-year-old man at John Lennon Airport after he had flown in from Spain. He breached his gang injunction order after he was seen at Manchester Airport in November last year.
The suspect was in possession of a large quantity of cash and a Rolex watch which was seized.
Officers further arrested him on suspicion of the second breach of his gang injunction order and for being in possession of criminal property.
He has been released under investigation.
The arrest forms part of EVOLVE Liverpool-Knowsley, which is one of Merseyside's three Clear, Hold, Build operations, where officers are dedicated to reducing serious and organised crime in parts of Liverpool and Knowsley.
