A man from Dovecot has twice breached his gang injunction order.
Jason Nee, 34 years, of Adcote Road, was issued a two-year gang injunction on 17 May last year due to his involvement in serious organised crime.
Yesterday, Sunday 21 July, he was arrested at John Lennon Airport after he had flown in from Spain.
He has breached his civil gang injunction order after he was allegedly associating with prohibited associates and failing to reside at a notified address, and was in possession of more than one mobile phone.
Nee appeared at Liverpool Civil and Family Court today, Monday 22 July, and has been remanded into custody.
