**Updated** The woman arrested in connection with the murder of Rikki Berry in Kirkby has been conditionally bailed pending further enquiries.
We can confirm that a woman has been arrested in connection with the murder of Rikki Berry in Kirkby.
The 22-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of Assisting an offender in Shrewsbury, in a joint operation with West Mercia Police, and taken to a police station for questioning.
Adam Williams, 25, appeared in Liverpool Crown Court today (Monday 29 July) charged with murder. He was remanded in custody with a provisional trial date of 20 January 2025, listed for 2-3 weeks.
