A man was arrested after a car was reportedly being driven in a dangerous manner in Everton on Saturday 8 June.
At around 7.45pm officers stopped a black Mercedes on Breckfield Road South which was fitted with full blue lights and klaxons on the dashboard.
A 36-year-old man from Everton was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and being and drug driving.
The vehicle has been seized and the driver has been released under investigation.
