A man has been charged following an investigation into the supply of drugs online.
Shaun Carrington, 35, of Meade Road, Liverpool, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs and possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
Officers executed a warrant at Meade Road, Liverpool on Wednesday 28 August where Carrington was arrested and subsequently charged. Officers also recovered a large quantity of cannabis and drug paraphernalia.
He is due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court later today, Thursday 29 August.
Detective Inspector Peter Sloan said: “We are working proactively to take drugs off our streets, including online spaces where drugs are being sold. Community intelligence is vital and I would ask anyone who has any information about who is selling drugs or where they are being stored in their communities to get in touch so we can take action.”
