We are appealing for information following a collision involving a pedestrian and a car on the East Lancashire Road in Norris Green today, Friday 15 March.
At around 3.15am it was reported that a 36-year-old male had been involved in a collision with a white Mercedes.
The man was taken to hospital and is receiving treatment injuries which are not life threatening.
The driver stopped at the scene and is assisting officers with their enquiries.
We are appealing for any witnesses, CCTV and dash camera footage which may assist the investigation.
