Patrick Michael Jones, 32 years, is wanted on the prison recall after breaching his licence conditions.
He is described as 5ft 2in tall, medium build, short brown hair and blue eyes.
Jones has links to Liverpool, Kirkby, the North East, and Falkirk and Dundee areas in Scotland.
