Detectives have made the 106th charge for violent disorder in Southport and Liverpool.
Adam Harvey, 37 years, of no fixed address has been charged with violent disorder; burglary and assault of an emergency worker in relation to incidents in Liverpool city centre on 3 August this year.
He is alleged to have thrown a missile at the head of an officer, causing injury; letting off fire extinguishers at members of the public; and stealing items from a shop on Church Street. Harvey has been remanded to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court today (Thursday 21 November).
A total of 151 arrests have now been made, with 106 charged and 81 people sentenced to 168 years and one month.
