Two more people charged and one arrested in connection with violent disorder

We have charged 27 year-old Liam Lewis of Sandway Crescent, West Derby, with Violent Disorder and burglary (Liverpool city centre).
He was remanded into custody to appear at Liverpool magistrates court this morning, Thursday 14 November.
Sam Winstanley, 27, of Lune Road, Wigan, has also been charged with Violent Disorder (Southport). He has been bailed to appear at South Sefton Magistrates Court on Wednesday 8 January.
A 33 year-old man, also from Wigan, has been arrested on suspicion of Violent Disorder (Southport) and is is currently in custody.
The total number of people arrested now stands at 148, with 103 charged and 80 people sentenced to 165 years and three months.
