We have arrested four people and seized 600 bulletheads, drugs and cash (pictured) following a warrant in Fazakerley on Tuesday 15 October.
At around 5.15pm, officers conducted a warrant at an address on the Field Lane Estate and seized the ammunition and a large quantity of cannabis edibles.
The following people were arrested:
A 30-year-old man from Liverpool City Centre was arrested on suspicion of Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs.
A 31-year-old man from Skelmersdale was arrested on suspicion of Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and Possession of Class B drugs.
A 31-year-old man from Bootle was arrested on suspicion of Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and Possession of Class B drugs.
A 36-year-old woman from Fazakerley was arrested on suspicion of Possession with intent to supply Class B drugs and Possession of ammunition.
All four were taken to police stations for questioning, and have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Liverpool Local Policing Chief Inspector Sarah Rotherham said: "This is a significant seizure of drugs and ammunition, both of which have the potential to spread harm throughout the community.
"Four people have been arrested and will be subject to an investigation but I would still appeal for any information in relation to the storage or supply of drugs and weapons.
