Two people have been charged in an operation to tackle County Lines drug dealing in Rock Ferry.
At around 3.10pm yesterday, Wednesday 22 October, officers from Project Medusa were on patrol when they noticed a man acting suspiciously on St Peter’s Road. Following a stop search they found a large sum of money and a burner phone, and the man was arrested.
Later a further search was carried out at a nearby flat where crack cocaine, heroin and cannabis were discovered.
Kieron Lunt, 25 years, from Downham Road, Tranmere, and Rebecca Roberts, 38 years, of Pearl Drive in Rock Ferry have been charged with possession of a controlled B drug, cannabis, and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs, crack cocaine and heroin.
They will appear at Wirral Magistrates Court today (Wednesday 23 October).
