Detectives have charged a Southport man as part of our ongoing investigation into Violent Disorder in Merseyside.
Martin Taylor, 39, of Montgomery Avenue, was charged with Violent Disorder in Southport, in addition to Possession of cannabis. Taylor will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court this morning, Thursday 3 October.
Taylor is the 83rd person charged by Merseyside Police.
A total of 120 arrests have been made and 60 people sentenced to 127 years and 8 months.
