We have arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of conspiracy to murder after a 15-year-old boy was found with stab wounds to his chest and arm inside a property in Walton.
We were called to a property on City Road at around 12.35am on Thursday 29 August. The victim remains in hospital in a stable condition.
The arrested man is currently in custody.
A 16-year-old male arrested earlier this week, also on suspicion of conspiracy to murder, was bailed pending further enquiries.
