Detectives have charged an Old Swan man with firearm and drugs offences as part of an ongoing investigation.
On Friday 3 May 2023, a warrant was carried out at an address in Steers Croft, Stockbridge Village, leading to the recovery of a revolver; crack cocaine; heroin; and cash.
Anthony Cosgrove, 27, of Cheadle Avenue has now been charged with:
Possess a firearm
Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (crack cocaine)
Possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (heroin)
Possession of criminal property
Cosgrove will appear a Wirral Adult Remand Court this morning, Tuesday 10 September.
