Wanted: Andrew Murphy

We are appealing for the public's help to find a man who is wanted on recall to prison.
Andrew Murphy, 40 years, from Belle Vale has breached his licence conditions and breaching bail following his release after serving a sentence for harassment.
He is 5ft 10in tall, of heavy build, balding with short ginger hair, blue eyes. He speaks with a Liverpool accent.
He is known to frequent Liverpool city centre and Tranmere.
