A 39 year-old Liverpool man has been given a four week prison sentence suspended for 18 months after being found guilty of breaching his Criminal Behaviour Order.
Sonny Gardner, of Vauxhall Road, also had his current CBO increased by an additional two years and varied to include further areas of the city.
Gardner must not have in his possession an open bottle of alcohol that can be immediately consumed in the County of Merseyside, use abusive or threatening words or behaviour, enter the Ropewalks area bounded by and including the Bold street side of Hanover Street, Bold Street, Bold Street side of Berry Street, and Duke Street.
He also must not enter Elliott Street, Parker Street, Church Street and Lord Street.
The order will expire on 20th November 2021.
