Officers attended, carried out a search of the area and a male was seen on the balcony of a property.
Police engaged with the man, who came down from the balcony shortly before 7pm.
The 37-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of breach of a civil injunction.
He will be taken into custody and questioned by police.
