Attendance must be registered in advance. Please bring valid identification with you, failure to do so will result in exclusion from the hearing.
Please ensure you allow plenty of time for the hearing as your admittance will be refused if you are late. Travel and attendance is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed.
Limited parking is available at the front of the building.
Our building is accessible by wheelchair and a member of staff can help you sign in. An accessible toilet is also available on the ground floor.
Refreshments are not provided and those who bring their own are reminded that food and drink cannot be consumed in the hearing room.
Those under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to attend. The nature and occasion are not deemed suitable for young persons and could cause distress.
All mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent once you are in the hearing room. Any video or audio recording and capturing photographs is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted by the hearing Chair.
The venue is not suitable for animals of any kind with the exception of guide dogs.
Members of the public should familiarise themselves with the location of emergency/fire exits and evacuate the building promptly should the need arise.
