The Policy’s primary aim is to ensure all non-contact sexual offences are fully recognised, recorded and investigated, with victims being supported throughout. This in turn will ensure we are bringing offenders to justice, preventing such offenders escalating in their behaviours or continuing unchallenged, and reducing the impact of such offences on our communities.
