Notice is hereby given under The Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015 that from Tuesday 1st July to Monday 11th August 2025 between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.00 pm, on weekdays any person may inspect, and make copies of the accounts and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other related documents of the Commissioner and/or the Chief Constable for the year ended 31st March 2025, as stipulated in Sections 25 and 26 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.

This report is based on evidence collected through extensive peer-led engagement workshops – The MYC has exceeded its target by reaching over 1,728 young people from across Merseyside this year. The responses have been gathered through youth-led engagement events such as workshops, outreach stands, one-2-one interviews, targeted surveys, and social media campaigns.

Merseyside Police has produced this document in anticipation of a substantial number of requests for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 relating to Operation Pepperberry/Operation Greenbank (disorder in Merseyside starting Monday 29th July 2024).
