Man charged following incident on bus in Kirkby

Detectives have charged a man following an incident on a Stagecoach bus in Kirkby last Friday, 14 June.
We were contacted at just after 6pm following reports of a disturbance on the bus, which was on Whitefield Drive.
Bewar Hamad, 29, of no fixed abode, was charged with Using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He will appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court this morning, Thursday 20 June.
