Two people have been charged with drugs offences following their arrest by officers from EVOLVE Wirral.
Jack Williams, aged 20, of Harrogate Walk, Birkenhead and Melanie Cross, aged 42, of Kirkway, Higher Bebington were arrested on Tuesday 25 June on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs and have subsequently been charged with the offence.
Williams was also charged with possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
Williams was remanded into custody while Cross was conditionally bailed.
Both appeared in court on Wednesday 26 June and will next appear at Liverpool Crown Court on 24 July.
