We are releasing a CCTV image of a man who we believe could have information following a serious assault in Anfield on Tuesday 22 October.
At around 4pm, it was reported that a group of males, some who were armed with weapons, were fighting on Lower Breck Road.
As part of an ongoing investigation into the incident, we want to speak to the man pictured in case he has information to assist our inquiries.
Detective Inspector Steve Street said: “This was clearly a shocking incident and our investigation is progressing with four people arrested so far and three of them charged.
“We now want to speak with the man pictured because we believe he could have information to assist our investigation.
“If you are the person in this image, or you recognise him, please come forward as a matter of urgency.”
If you have any information which could assist our enquiries, you can call us on 101 or DM @MerPolCC on social media, quoting reference 24000899857. You can also or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their online form: Giving information anonymously | Crimestoppers
