We can confirm we have completed our investigation into a report of a man acting suspiciously in the Tuebrook area on the evening of Monday 21 October.
Officers have carried out extensive enquiries, including speaking to the mother of the two children involved, numerous witnesses in the area at the time and viewing CCTV.
Following those enquiries, we are satisfied that, while the concerns of the children were raised in good faith, no criminal offences have been committed and the matter has now concluded.
