Officers from Project Medusa have charged a man with drug offences in Wirral.
Yesterday 8 October, officers were on New Chester Road in Tranmere when they spotted a man acting suspiciously as he got into a taxi. Officers stopped the vehicle on Church Terrace, searched the passenger and found 70 wraps which were believed to contain controlled drugs.
Officers have today (Wednesday 9 October) charged Alan Croft, 50 years of Church Terrace, Tranmere with possession of heroin and cocaine with intent to supply.
He appeared in court today has been remanded into custody.
