Detectives investigating Violent Disorder in Merseyside have charged four people and arrested three more as our enquiries continue.
Aras Magedi, 24, of Kensington, has been charged with Violent Disorder in Liverpool and remanded in custody to appear at court on Thursday 26 September.
Cory Joseph, 20, of St Thomas More Drive, Birkdale, has been charged with Violent Disorder in Southport and will appear at court today.
A 12-year-old boy from Anfield was charged with Violent Disorder in Walton and Burglary other, and will appear at youth court in October.
A 16-year-old boy from Runcorn was charged with Violent Disorder in Liverpool and Burglary other, and will appear in court today.
A 40-year-old man from Bootle was arrested on suspicion of Violent Disorder in Liverpool.
A 33-year-old man of no fixed abode was arrested on suspicion of Violent Disorder in Southport. Both have been taken to police stations for questioning.
A 28-year-old man from Wigan was arrested on suspicion of Violent Disorder in Southport.
All three have been taken to police stations for questioning.
The total number of people arrested for disorder in Merseyside now stands at 112, with 72 charged and 55 sentenced to a combined 116 years and 4 months.
