Detectives from our Project Medusa team have charged two men following warrants in St Helens.
On Thursday 9 January, officers carried out drug warrants at two addresses in St Helens.
Class A and B drugs and weapons including a crossbow, air rifle and knives were seized and two men were detained.
Connor Lees, 24, from Lingholme Road, has now been charged with:
Concerned in the supply of cocaine
Concerned in the supply of ketamine
Concerned in the supply of cannabis
Possession of cannabis
Possession of cocaine
Tyler Pimblett, 21, from Ellen Street, has now been charged with:
Concerned in the supply of cocaine
Concerned in the supply of ketamine
Concerned in the supply of cannabis
Possession of cannabis
Both men were remanded in custody to appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Friday 10 January.
Project Medusa is the Merseyside-led initiative to tackle County Lines drug dealing and criminal exploitation across the country.
Detective Sergeant Carl Lynch said: "These arrests are part of ongoing investigations into tackling suspected County Lines across Merseyside.
"In addition, a number of dangerous weapons have been removed from circulation, helping to make the community safer.
"If you have any information about suspected drug supply or the storage and use of weapons, please come forward and we will keep taking positive action."
