Appeal for information on whereabouts of Ricardo Vila-Real

We are appealing for help to find a 33-year-old man from Liverpool who officers believe may be able to assist with enquiries into drug supply offences.

Detectives believe Ricardo Vila-Real may have information that could help their investigation into the supply of Class A drugs. 

He is around 5ft 4in, of medium build, with hazel eyes. He has a clean shaven head and a beard.
