We have charged three people with Class A drugs offences.
Michael Unsworth, 19, of no fixed abode; Ryan Finney, 26, of no fixed abode and Shaun Kinsey, 42, of Wood Street, St Helens, have all been charged with being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.
They were all remanded in custody to appear in court today, Tuesday 1 April.
We have today, Monday 31 March, arrested three people on suspicion of Class A drugs offences.
A 42-year-old man from St Helens was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
A 26-year-old man from St Helens was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
A 19-year-old man from St Helens was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
All three are currently in custody where they are being questioned by detectives.
Detective Inspector Gary Stratton said: “Drug dealing is a blight on our community, causes misery to families and often involves the exploitation of children.
“We remain committed to pursuing those who choose to deal drugs and disrupting their activity and we would always encourage anyone who has information about drug dealing or criminality in their community to contact us so we can take action.
