Yesterday Tuesday 13 May, officers charged a man with theft of a motorbike in St Helens.
On 4 May it was reported that a motorbike was stolen from a garden on Ravenstone Drive in St Helens. The bike was later recovered.
Following enquiries officers detained a man who was arrested on other matters which remain under investigation.
Leland Lea, 18 years, of Ashdown Crescent in Clock Face has been charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
He has released on bail to attend court on Wednesday 30 July at Liverpool Crown Court.
