A man has been charged after two shops were broken into in St Helens.
There was a reported burglary in July 2022 at Village News in Sutton Manor.
It was also reported that at on 11 August, Vape City on Dentons Green was broken into with money and vapes stolen from the shop.
Yesterday, Thursday 2 October, officers charged Christopher Shelbourne, 37 years, of Dodd Avenue in St Helens with burglaries in relation to both matters.
He will appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court today, Friday 3 October.
