Appeal following collision in Prenton

We are appealing for information following a road traffic collision involving a pedestrian and a car in Prenton on Saturday 25 July.

At around 9.10pm, we received a report that a blue BMW was in collision with a pedestrian on Woodchurch Road.

The pedestrian, a man in his 20s, was transported to hospital where he is in a stable condition with serious injuries.

The driver stopped at the scene and is assisting officers with their enquiries.
