A Liverpool man has been recalled to prison, and charged with breaching his Serious Crime Prevention Order (SCPO).
On Monday 6 June officers stopped a car on Willam Jessop Way in Liverpool city centre and following a search found cannabis inside the vehicle and several mobile phones at an address.
Roy Hickman, 42 years, of William Jessop Way, was charged with breaching the terms of his SCPO and possession of a controlled Class B drug. He appeared at Wirral Magistrates Court yesterday, Tuesday 7 July, where he denied the offence.
He has been remanded into custody and will next appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Tuesday 4 August.
Hickman was jailed on 5 June 2019 and released on licence on 21 November 2024 after serving a sentence for conspiracy to supply Class A drugs in Cumbria and was issued the SCPO prior to his release.
