Four people have been arrested after large amounts of cocaine, cannabis and cash were found at an address in Huyton.
At around 2pm on Thursday 18 June officers using aerial footage spotted two men who were suspected to be dealing drugs at an address in Huyton.
When officers went to the address a man who was inside ran from police but was later detained in the rear garden.
Two other men and a woman who were also at the address were detained inside.
When officers searched the property they found a large amount of cannabis, cash, suspected cocaine, mobile phones, weighing scales and tick lists.
A 54-year-old woman and three men aged 19, 26 and 22 from Huyton were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A and B drugs and possession of criminal property.
They have since been released under investigation.
Sergeant Gavin Madine said: “A large amount of cannabis and cocaine has been successfully removed from our streets that could have caused serious harm in our community after officers worked together to arrest four people and seize these drugs in Huyton.
“Drug dealing can cause serious physical harm to vulnerable people in our community and those who live and work in the area. The criminals who are involved have no thought for anyone other than themselves, and their criminal intent and greed.
“We encourage anyone who knows where any dangerous drugs are being stored, to contact police. If you tell us about these crimes, we will take action.”
