We are appealing for information following a suspicious fire in Birkenhead on Friday 15 May.
At around 8.15pm it was reported that there was a fire at a scrap yard on Green Lane and a man was seen in the vicinity immediately before the fire started, possibly on an electric bike.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service attended and extinguished the fire.
A joint investigation between Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service and Merseyside Police is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police.
