We have released CCTV images of a man who could have information following a serous assault in Liverpool last month.
On Saturday 11 April at 11.59pm, a 19-year-old man was punched on Slater Street in an unprovoked attack by another male.
The victim was taken to hospital with serious facial injuries that required surgery. The suspect fled the scene.
An investigation has been ongoing since the incident was reported to us and we are now releasing an image of a man who we think could have information.

Detective Inspector Paula Jones said: “This was a serious assault that left a man requiring hospital treatment.
“Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are determined to find the person responsible.
“If you recognise the man in this image, please come forward as he may have information that could help our investigation.”
