Scrambler bikes and e-bikes
Issued 09 March 2026
From community feedback we know that one of the main issues in the St Gabriels ward is the anti-social use of off road bikes and electric bikes. We also know that we normally see an increase in these issues over the summer months. Throughout this period we will be deploying officers on both mountain bikes and quad bikes to tackle the anti-social behaviour. We are also working with partners and the community to identify where these bikes are being stored and used. If you have any information please contact us on 101 or submit an online report here https://www.merseyside.police.uk/area/your-area/local-policing-team-contact/contact-your-local-policing-team/
Youth related ASB
Issued 01 June 2026
We are aware that youth related anti-social behaviour is a concern across our town centres. We know that the better weather and school holidays across the summer months heightens these issues and to combat this we have plans in place to increase patrols in town centres at key times, target offenders and work with partners to engage with the youths and provide diversionary activities.
