Reducing anti-social behaviour in the village and enforcing the Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) that is in place.
Action taken:
From feedback in the community we are aware that ASB in particular with youths is an issue. We know that this has been heightened recently with the Halloween and Christmas period. To combat this we have set up a Winter of Action Plan which aims at increasing patrols at key times to target offenders and this has included plain clothes officers working in the area. Additionally, there has been a Pubic Space Protection Order granted for the are which provides us with more powers to tackle the ASB.
