ASB in Garston Under the Bridge

Currently the main focus for Garston ward is anti-social behaviour which is increasing with Operation Banger related ASB, such as youths setting off fireworks at people and premises, lighting fires, and causing residents and businesses harassment. We are combatting this with focus on high visibility policing in the area, and an ASB disruption plan. Schools Officers are to give presentations, Community Workshops are taking place, and Local Fireworks shops are to be visited, and a S.34 Dispersal Plan is to be implemented. Additional assistance from Liverpool Proactive Team should take place from Sunday

Parking Around St Marys Road

From feedback in the community we are aware parking around St Marys Road is an issue and these issues have increased whilst the road works have been in place. To combat this we have set up a Winter of Action Plan which aims at increasing patrols at key times to target offenders and we have also been working closely with partners to tackle the issue from a more joined up perspective.
