Your Neighbourhood Policing Team is a group of Merseyside police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Merseyside.
Recent engagement with the community and local retailers has highlighted ongoing concerns regarding theft offences at Rock Retail Park, alongside reports of individuals sitting or sleeping in tents outside retail premises, which is causing concern for businesses and members of the public.
In addition, residents on the Faversham Way estate have reported an increase in anti-social behaviour, which is having a significant impact on their safety and overall quality of life.

The Neighbourhood Policing Team has increased high-visibility patrols and is working closely with retailers to target offenders. We are also carrying out welfare checks and linking individuals with support services where needed.
On Faversham Way, targeted patrols and enforcement are in place, with ongoing work alongside partners to address underlying causes and deliver longer-term solutions. We encourage continued reporting to help us respond effectively.
